Do I need to update my headshot?

Your headshot should look the same as you do. If a person were to see your image online first and then meet you in person, the headshot should look the same. I recommend updating your headshot with any physical changes like haircuts, facial hair, aging, weight loss or gain, etcetera. Another reason to update your headshot is because your previous headshot doesn’t look good and you want to elevate your professional image.  

What to expect?

At first contact we figure out your purpose in getting headshots, are you looking for indoor or outdoor images or both, backdrop choices, etcetera. I’m happy to go over any questions or concerns you may have to make sure our shoot is a success. After the shoot you will receive an online proof gallery within two weeks of the shoot date, then you pick your selected image(s) to be retouched and high resolution file(s) are delivered digitally. Pricing depends on your needs; a breakdown of pricing is listed below.

I'm nervous and hate being in front of the camera, is that normal?

It is definitely normal to be nervous, or at least extremely self conscious. However, within a few minutes most people feel comfortable as we build a rapport. This might be hard to believe, but most people end up having fun! Having years of experience in this industry, I have a deep bag of tricks to create the most flattering angles and posing for men and women of all shapes and sizes. I’m not simply taking your pictures in a clinical fashion; we are creating the images together with your satisfaction and comfort in mind.

Do you shoot outdoor and indoor portraits?

Just about any environment can be accommodated; a work environment, outdoors, or a studio image with a backdrop. As for a studio style session we’re mobile; a studio can be built within 30 minutes at your place of business or home; whatever is convenient for you. I have a variety of backdrops I can offer including hand painted canvas, and various colors of seamless paper; look for examples of these in my headshots portfolio.

Do you have bulk pricing for headshots?

The answer is emphatically yes! If you schedule more than 5 headshots for your team it’s discounted to $180 per person, more than 10 is $175 per person and over 20 is $125 per person. We have serviced numerous corporations that needed high quality headshots for their staff in both indoor and outdoor environments.

What are the limitations of photo use?

This is a common question, you can use your photos for your business or personal use. So you are free to promote your business or just your beautiful self. The only limitation is selling the images to other entities without discussing it with me first.
